5. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listings:

  • Do not violate any laws

  • Do not infringe on intellectual property

  • Do not contain misleading information

Prohibited listings include but are not limited to:

  • Counterfeit products

  • Fraudulent services

  • Harmful or dangerous items

  • Stolen goods

  • Adult or inappropriate content

EBSU STORE reserves the right to remove listings without prior notice.

6. Transactions Between Buyers and Vendors

EBSU STORE acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors.

Unless explicitly stated:

  • EBSU STORE is not the seller

  • Contracts are between the buyer and vendor

Therefore:

  • Vendors are responsible for product quality

  • Vendors are responsible for delivery and fulfillment

  • Vendors handle warranties and guarantees

EBSU STORE is not liable for disputes but may assist in mediation where possible.

7. Digital Products and License Keys

Vendors may sell digital products such as:

  • Software

  • License keys

  • Digital downloads

  • Online services

Vendors must ensure:

  • They have the legal right to distribute the product

  • The product is authentic and functional

EBSU STORE is not responsible for unauthorized digital distribution by vendors.

8. Product Promotions and Advertising

Vendors may choose to promote their listings through paid promotion services available on the platform.

Promotion services may include:

Promotion payments do not guarantee sales.

9. Affiliate Program

  • Not to engage in fraudulent referrals

Users understand that:

  • Vendors remain responsible for final content accuracy
